Due to the nature of artisan leather, slight variations in color and texture are natural and not considered defects.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to assist with exchanges for alternative styles or colors of equal value, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
