3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

We offer complimentary U.S. shipping on all orders over $98.00. Orders under $98.00 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee, displayed at checkout.

All orders ship from secure U.S. distribution centers. Our warehouse locations may differ from our return address and are not open to the public.

4. What is your return policy?

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in unused condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

If verified, Rodeo Trends will provide a $10.00 shipping reimbursement to the original payment method.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, select items are available for international shipping. Rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. I ordered through Facebook/Meta and haven’t received updates.

When orders are placed through Facebook or Meta, your phone number may not be included with your order.

We recommend keeping your bag in its dust cover when not in use and avoiding direct sunlight or excessive moisture.

For leather products, occasional treatment with a neutral leather conditioner will maintain its suppleness and natural sheen.

9. Do you offer gift cards or gift packaging?

Yes. We offer both e-gift cards and complimentary gift packaging options.
