1. Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and secure digital wallets supported at checkout. From time to time, additional payment options may be offered and will be shown during checkout.
2. Billing Information
To help us process your order without delay, please ensure your billing name, address, and payment details are accurate and current. Orders with mismatched or incomplete billing information may be paused pending verification for your protection.
3. Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted at checkout. For international clients, currency conversions shown at checkout are estimates; your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
4. Taxes and Duties
Applicable U.S. sales taxes are calculated and presented at checkout. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are shown at checkout. We offer complimentary U.S. shipping on orders over $98.00; orders below this threshold will reflect a standard flat-rate fee. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
6. Order Confirmation
After a successful transaction, you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing your purchase, order number, and relevant details. Please review it carefully and contact us promptly if something needs attention.
7. Refunds and Returns
All refunds and returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In brief: returns are accepted within 14 Days of delivery for Eligible Items in new, unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is verified defective or sent in error, a $10.00 return-shipping reimbursement is credited to the original payment method. 8. Address Accuracy & Reshipments
Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment is available at a flat rate of $10.00 and must be paid prior to releasing the second shipment.

10. Fraud Prevention
For the protection of our clients and brand integrity, Rodeo Trends may require additional verification or reserve the right to decline transactions deemed suspicious or unauthorized.
Orders cannot be fulfilled until payment authorization is confirmed by your financial institution.
